We have numerous cards, gifts and letters going back many years but I just don't feel like transcribing them, or buying a scanner, just to prove some folks kindly* took the time to acknowledge we provided them unusual service. Too, there are email examples somewhere, but again, I'd have to look for them .... So! if I think of it when something new comes along that I can cut & paste onto this page, I prolly will.

... Another bright light in all of this stupidity were William & Cheryl, owners and operators of Jessica's Vital Transit. On time, quick, polite, friendly, chatty at the right level, helpful, reasonably priced, sweet to Lucas (they provide a car seat)... they were everything travel and customer service should be.

hello there william.i have tried to leave a message on the board, but dont see how to, anyways,Thank you for making my trip less stressfull.i was thinking allsorts, like turning up at airport(and i was a couple of hours late) i was so scared id be left stranded, but you were at the gate as i got off the plane ,with a name card, which was so very mind resting to see,you were very helpfull ,and helped get my bags.and very polite, and i felt instantly reassured by your service,,the car was very clean, and you were chatty.and even pointed out some history along the way, and your timing was immaculate on my return to the airport, overall id say to anyone who has any doubts to use this service, and be picked up right from the moment you get off the plane.NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE.and most of all CHEAPER SERVICE. thanks again. and im sure if u give it to cheryl she wont b long in finding what to use it on.hope you and cherl are well, thank you again

Dear Jessica's,
When I received the e-mail with the details for the winter residency, they asked us to use a different transportation service. The new service requires us to pick a predetermined time, which costs $30. If we have to have a time that isn't on the list, the cost is $70.
I wrote to the school asking if we weren't using Jessica's anymore (I thought it might be a mistake) and explaining how wonderful you all have always been. I haven't heard back yet.

I will definitely be riding with you all. I would rather pay $75 and ride with you. You all have taken such good care of me, and you take the worry out of travel. I'm sorry that the school hasn't been up front with you.
